Arad Commercial-Residential Tower is a multi-purpose complex in one of the closest points of Mashhad to the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS). Naghsh-e Sharestan Nahid Company was established in Mashhad in 2010 and began its activities with a focus on designing and executing commercial and residential projects.

Arad Commercial-Residential Tower is one of the projects of this company, designed and executed with the aim of creating an integrated space for shopping, accommodation, and access to amenities adjacent to the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS).

In the design of this project, efforts were made to address the needs of pilgrims, travelers, business owners, and investors in various commercial and residential sectors.

The commercial section of Arad Tower is designed across four floors and houses a collection of stores and service units.

On these floors, stores in clothing, bags and shoes, leather goods, home appliances, cosmetics and health products, jewelry, groceries, and souvenirs are active.

The basement floor (B2) is dedicated to souvenir shops and parts of the entertainment and service amenities. Other commercial units are located on floors B1, ground, and first floor.

The variety of stores and easy access to floors provide the opportunity for shopping and using various services in one complex.

The accommodation units of Arad Tower are designed in various sizes and layouts to meet the different needs of travelers and families.
